Old Farm and Old Farm Estates were born from the vision of developers Steve Ebbert, Tom Little and Jim Timberlake to create a traditional, timeless architectural statement in a refined agrarian estate setting. The context of Old Farm Estate is one of pastoral beauty whose overall essence of the community is to establish an estate feel on an expanse of land.

The community arose as a reaction to the trends in housing developments in the Athens and greater Atlanta area.
